- A game in VR where two users have to navigate out of a maze, but they can only see from each other’s perspective. The mazes are not connected (i.e. they are in different virtual spaces) so they have to constantly work with each other. They would be in separate rooms so as not to run into each other, and they would communicate via some sort of headset or in game chat.
- A sort of choose your own adventure game between a participant in a VR headset and a live audience. The participant in the headset is wandering through a maze (or some other similarly constrained environment), and at each fork they encounter a multiple choice question, with one answer per branch. The audience will vote on an answer, and then the participant will proceed down the chosen path until another branch or the exit is encountered.
Lots of interesting components in your ideas! I like the paradoxical situation in the first one. also, multi-user VR game, audience participation, maze!. These are all interesting concepts for this project.
I would encourage to develop the idea more, considering the user’s experience (or audience experience) how the game would engage them over time and what’s the message that you want to deliver to them?
