Chris Hurt is a senior studying computer science at Virginia Tech. He’s interested in human-computer interaction, a field that strives to make the relationship between people and computers more interpersonal. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing video games and watching thriller/mystery TV series. He has experience in web development and game design with frameworks such as OpenGL and Unity. He’s used his skills in several game-making hackathons, as well as in his internship at NIH last summer, where he developed a web application for visualizing genetic data in zebrafish. Chris is open to working on any project this semester where he can make a significant contribution to his team.
