This research will provide opportunities for students who are interested in multidisciplinary research by providing seminars\/workshops, short-courses, and\/or involving undergraduate\/graduate students on research tasks. We will involve VT\u2019s undergraduate program providing a major in Interdisciplinary Studies (IDST), designed to provide an opportunity for students to explore multidisciplinary research. We will support and develop multidisciplinary courses through the IDST program based on the collaboration across PI\/Co-PIs with various backgrounds in disciplines. In addition, we will collaborate with researchers at The Intelligent Systems Lab (ISL) from The Hume Center at VT in order to support multidisciplinary research projects for graduate students, particularly in the areas of data science, decision science, and integrated security. We state potential multidisciplinary conferences or journal venues to publish key findings from this research in the data management plan. PI Ha will share the outcome of the proposed research with students of a graduate course, ECE 5284 Power Management Circuits for Energy Harvesting, developed by him. Co-PI Cho will share the outcomes of the proposed research in a current graduate course, CS\/ECE 5584 Network Security and a new graduate course to be developed, \u2018CS 6802 AI-based cybersecurity\u2019, in order to introduce energy-adaptive AI-based security. White will share the findings with graduate students in a new graduate course to be developed, \u2019ALS 5364 Interdisciplinary Science for Precision Agriculture\u2019. At CMU, PI Kumar will develop a new wireless systems course at the graduate-level that focuses specifically on the Internet-of-Things including smart farms use cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
