These resources are primarily about installing the right software for you to succeed in CS 5045.\u00a0 Since the virtual machine available to you has the CentOS 7 (Linux) operating system, many details are for that operating system.\u00a0 However, the same software can be installed on other operating systems, in particular MacOS and Windows.\u00a0 Some guidance for MacOS is provided in the succeeding pages.\u00a0 All in all, the emphasis is on getting a working Python 3 installation on your operating system.\u00a0 Follow the task list below.<\/p>\n
