LACE&nbsp;is a modular system constructed of 10 kinetic units, each unit containing an array of 3 Microsoft Surface tablets and one delta robot arm to perform touch-based operations on each tablet with a modified stylus. The robot parts participate in a game of &#8220;guess a number&#8221; as a metaphor for the proof of work concept. The collection of tablets then participates in a consensus algorithm and confirms the winner of the mined crypto coins.
