The team presented their work on <strong>Fantastic Voyage 2021: Using Interactive VR Storytelling to Explain Targeted COVID-19 Vaccine Delivery to Antigen-presenting Cells<\/strong>. This experience had the objective of teaching people how vaccine delivery works as you navigate the bloodstream on a nanobot fighting viruses cells. More information can be seen on the <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/2021\/03\/02\/fantastic-voyage-2021\/\">project page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Congratulations to <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/author\/llisle\/\">Lee Lisle<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/author\/kyliedavidson\/\">Kylie Davidson<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/author\/chris-north\/\">Chris North<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/author\/dbowman\/\">Doug Bowman<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.cs.vt.edu\/3digroup\/author\/edward-gitre\/\">Edward Gitre<\/a> for a Best Paper Nomination! Their work <strong>Sensemaking Strategies with Immersive Space to Think<\/strong> was among the top-ranked papers in the conference, and investigated the use of immersive environments for sense-making of unstructured multimedia content.
